Enrollment and Payment

• Enrollment in any course or workshop is subject to availability.
• Full payment or a payment plan agreement is required to secure your place in the selected program.
• Payment plans may be available, and terms will be provided upon request. Failure to adhere to the payment plan may result in the suspension or termination of enrollment.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by the Academy.

Attendance and Conduct

• Regular attendance is expected for all enrolled programs.
• The Academy reserves the right to dismiss any student for disruptive behavior, failure to comply with Academy rules, or any other conduct deemed detrimental to the learning environment.
• Students are expected to treat instructors and fellow students with respect.

Intellectual Property

• All course materials, including but not limited to scripts, handouts, and presentations, are the intellectual property of the Academy and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• The Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to another program.
• Student-initiated cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following refund policy:
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start date: Full refund, less an administrative fee of $50.
  • Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to the start date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start date: No refund will be issued.

The Pinnacle Acting Academy, its instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in any of our programs or the use of this website.
